Training Project Manager

Post duties:

1, understand the company's development strategy and business status, and participate in the optimization and upgrading of the training system.

2, combined with the actual business, plan, organize and implement training programs, responsible for training projects.

3, implement training needs research, training project management and training landing, explore new training forms and methods, and enrich existing training contents.

4, responsible for organizing the development and training of tutor resources, and examining the training effect and quality of training instructors and courses.

5, do well the file management of related training and management.

6, do well team management and construction, coordinate internal and external human resources cooperation.

7, complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements for office:

1, bachelor degree or above in human resource management, education, marketing and other related majors.

2, more than 5 years experience in training management and organization implementation.

3, be proficient in market analysis, familiar with relevant policies and regulations, good communication, expression, communication ability, team spirit and dedication, strong affinity and dedication, honest, honest, and cheerful personality;
