IELTS/ESL Teacher

Job Location: Chengdu
Salary Range: 15K-20K/month
Teaching Scope: IELTS/ESL
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience required.
Must provide a work experience recommendation letter covering at least 2 years of teaching the same courses.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for teaching IELTS (listening/reading/writing/speaking) or ESL courses, and developing personalized teaching plans based on students' levels;
2. Design and implement efficient classroom activities, emphasizing the improvement of students' English application ability and exam taking skills;
3. Regularly evaluate students' learning progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching plans;
4. Participate in teaching and research activities, optimize course content and teaching methods;
5. Assist in completing teaching related affairs (such as course promotion, student Q&A, etc.).
Job requirements:
1. The native language is English or has a native English proficiency level (such as from a country where English is the official language);
2. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in education, linguistics, English literature, or related fields;
3. More than years of teaching experience in IELTS/ESL, familiar with IELTS scoring standards and question types;
4. Passionate about the teaching profession, pioneering thinking, adept at improving the teaching process through teaching reflection, and helping students enhance their abilities in all aspects.
