Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for teaching, discipline research and teaching research, as well as test paper setting and correction
2. According to the actual situation of students, give them personalized courses. During the teaching period, test activities are organized in stages according to the time conditions to test the effectiveness of students receiving counseling
3. At ordinary times, they carry out teaching and research exchanges, teaching research and centralized lesson preparation with teachers in their discipline group.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in unified recruitment, normal graduation is preferred; Non normal majors can also pass the written examination and trial lecture;
2. Love teachers' work, excellent expression ability, sense of responsibility, good at communicating with students;
3. Be familiar with students' life and learning characteristics, be good at teaching students according to their aptitude, be able to explore and organize a variety of teaching methods and teach flexibly;
4. Teaching, tutoring, tutoring experience or school teaching experience or teaching in training institutions is preferred
