Job Responsibility

Responsible for selecting teaching materials, making teaching plans, supervising and ensuring the smooth completion of teaching plans;

Responsible for the selection of teaching materials
or textbooks, deciding on teaching plans, overall-control and ensuring smooth running of the whole teaching process;
·
Responsible for training foreign teachers, guiding their teaching and managing foreign teachers' team;
·
Responsible for the training, guidance on teaching
and management of the foreign teachers team;
·
Participate in English training and teaching, such as TOEFL, IELTS, academic English, etc;
·
Joining the teaching on language training, such as TOEFL, IELTS and other acedemic English etc.
·
Responsible for monitoring the teaching quality of English training;
·
Supervising on the overall teacher quality;
·
Assist part of the recruitment consultation work.
·
Assisting in consultion work for new students recruitment
