Drama Teacher Recruitment
Our company focus on drama education training for children and adolescents aging from 3 to 18 years old. We are dedicated to improving their abilities to know themselves, stimulate their creativity, build their confidence and speak fluent oral English. The aim is to cultivate a correct value for the Chinese children to get in touch with the world and envision the variety of the multicultural art in the world
Here is the details of the Recruitment
Job Responsibilities
1. The role will involve working with students aged 3-18
2. Teachers may also be required to take part in some performances and events
3. You will be working with a small established team of foreign teachers with varied arts education backgrounds
4. We are willing to consider a wide range of applicants for this role including experienced English teachers with performing arts skills who wish to transfer to drama-based teaching
Guidance and help will be provided
5. Additional tasks will include assisting in development of curriculum, lesson plans, scripts writing, directing childrens theater productions
6. Ensure effective teaching of whole classes. groups and individuals so that teaching obiectives are met, momentum and challenge are maintained, and best use is made of teaching time
7. Use teaching methods especially aligned with inquiry-based learning that keep students engaged, including stimulating students intellectual curiosity, effective questioning and response, clear presentation and good use of resources
Job Requirements
1. Strong drama related professional knowledge
2. Dedicated and passionate about educating children
3. Bachelor degree or higher degree required, degree in arts/drama would be preferred
4. In possession of teaching-related qualifications(e. g. TEFL/TESOL, CELTA Certificate or PGCE/PGDE in English)
5. Teaching experience required
6. Drama teaching experience preferred
7. Documents required for visa application
