Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. According to the A-level curriculum standard, teaching content, students' actual situation and students' understanding rules, the teaching program is carefully designed; Prepare lessons carefully, arrange and evaluate homework to complete teaching tasks and objectives;
2. Patiently study the teaching method, course content and teaching process, study the examination direction and knowledge points according to IGCSE and A-level syllabus, and conduct regular teaching evaluation;
3. Plan the learning plan according to the different foundation and needs of students;
4. Keep abreast of students' achievements and psychological changes, timely adjust and optimize teaching methods and do a good job in extracurricular guidance;
5. Organize appropriate test activities during the teaching period to test the effectiveness of students' receiving guidance, and make teaching quality analysis;
6. Participate in the teaching and research exchange of the subject, research and select advanced teaching methods;
7. Take part in the activities of the school as required.
8. Obey the arrangement of the discipline leader, teaching director, principal, etc., and complete the tasks assigned by the leaders.
Requirements:
1. Native or non-native language teachers are OK, bachelor degree or above
2. More than 2 years working experience as a teacher, overseas or international school background is preferred;
3. Strong ability of English expression, lively lectures and wide range of knowledge;
4. Love the teaching profession, think creatively, be good at improving the teaching process through teaching reflection, and help students improve their abilities in all aspects.
