Job Description
The duties to be performed by the Employee include:
one Manage foreign teachers and teaching teachers following keyi Education Inforrnation Consultation CO.,Itd teaching philosophies and methodology.
two Lesson planning and preparation - at least 40 minutes before class.
three Supervising tests, including placement, unit, midterm and final tests.
four Assisting with administration
five Counseling students
six Proactively participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities .
seven Actively participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school.
eight Participating at promotional and marketing activities organized by the school.
nine Attending all scheduled meetings where the teachers’ presence is required unless those meetings occur during the Employee’s holiday or the Employee’s day off.
ten Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and Center Director within his/her working hours.
The Employee’s remuneration will consist of the following:
one The salary will be _ 18000RMB-28000RMB _ per month(after tax), which is due and payable on the 15th of each month. The salary is paid for the previous month. ( The attendance records will be tracked from the 1st to the last day of the previous month.)
two The employer will offer free accommodation, but the utility must be paid by employee monthly(including water fee 、 electricity fee、gas fee、heating fee and property maintenance fee).
three Party A will be responsible for Party B’s working visa application.
four After working for one year,you can get an air ticket subsidy of 4000 yuan
five Party A is responsible for buying accident insurance for foreign teachers.
