Class Students 2-10 Age

Job description:
1、Lead English lessons for 0 to 7-year-old children during scheduled times, provide an immersive English-speaking environment, and guarantee the quality of instruction.
2、Ensure English curricula and lesson plans are implemented properly in the classroom and provide feedback to the R&D Department in order to improve it.
3、Be able to assist with demo-classes and marketing activities.
4、Maintain good relationships with parents, communicate with parents and assistant teachers and keep them well-informed about children’s performance and progress, provide a first-class service for the parents and children.
5、Assist and participate in relevant on-site training provided by the center and the headquarters; be willing to accept new teaching modes and educational philosophies.
Requirements
1、NATIVE English speaker (US/Canada/UK/Ireland/Australia/New Zealand).
2、Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education preferred) .
3、Enjoy working with young children.
4、Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (experience of teaching children preferred).
Welfare:
1、The Employee is entitled to a travel allowance of ￥10000 per year. Tickets and invoices may be required by the employees for tax purposes. Flight bonus will be paid within 7 days following the contract’s expiration.

(1).Stuff in international kindergarten:
 holiday:
2 days paid leave every week;
Paid leave: 11 days of Chinese public holidays paid and 1 day of foreign employees Christmas holidays paid;
2 weeks of winter vacation（include 3 days of Spring Festival）+ 2 weeks of summer vacation + 8 days of statutory holidays in China.

2 days paid leave every week;

Paid annual leave: 7 days in the first year, 12 days in the second year, 14 days per year after the third year.
Responsibilities:
1. Combined with Chinese and western curriculum system, using international teaching ideas and methods, curriculum design research and development;
2. Organization and implementation of course teaching and related activities;
3. Actively carry out teaching and research activities, communicate and discuss with foreign teachers, improve professional ability and curriculum quality;
4. Communicate with parents at home and school, discuss with teaching group in time, and follow up the all-round development of students.
Requirements:
1. Native or non-native language teachers are OK, bachelor degree or above
2. More than 2 years working experience as a teacher, overseas or international school background is preferred;
3. Strong ability of English expression, lively lectures and wide range of knowledge;
4. Love the teaching profession, think creatively, be good at improving the teaching process through teaching reflection, and help students improve their abilities in all aspects.
