1. Combine Chinese and Western curriculum systems, adopt international teaching concepts and methods, and teach courses;
2. Teaching courses, organizing and implementing activities related to courses;
3. Actively carry out teaching, research and training activities, communicate and discuss with Chinese teachers, improve professional ability and course quality;
4. Timely teaching practice and attending training to improve teaching skills.
Requirements to teach English in China (Beijing)
1. Native English speaker
2. Degree : BA or above (Education, Linguistics or English degree given to priority)
3. Experience : TEFL/other teaching certificate, teaching experience given to priority
4. Nationality: USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. No strong accent
5. Relocate : Must be positive about relocating to China
6. Healthy，Enthusiastic, career-oriented teachers with a passion for education and young learners. Energetic, self-driven and focused on learner achievement.
7. Have commitment to continuous professional development and be welcoming of assessment and feedback.
