English Teacher

We are looking for teachers for our international department, which next year will have a team of around 25 foreign teachers and about 1000 students. We teach from grade 1 (6 years old) to grade 6 (12 years old) in primary school, and grade 7 and 8 (12 to 14 years old) in junior middle school. We follow the Cambridge curriculum so all our resources are top quality.

We teach English from grade 1 onwards, and Science from grade 2. We also teach IELTS classes to grade 7 and 8.

Teaching Package:
Starting salary 12,000-19,000 RMB/month before tax, negotiable depending on experience (salary will increase after extending the contract)
Free furnished housing on campus
Health insurance provided
Fully paid winter vacation (around 3 weeks)
Summer vacation of around a month
Flight reimbursement of 11,000 RMB per year
Performance bonus of up to 11,000 RMB at the end of one year

Small class size: primary classes around 20 students; middle school classes around 30 students
Around 20 classes of 40 minutes teaching per week.
Office hours: weekdays 9:00-11:30am, 2:30-5:00pm
Work visa / residence permit will be provided

Requirements:
Applicants must be NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS holding a Bachelor’s degree, if coming from the UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If from other countries, i.e. South Africa, a TEFL/TESL certificate is also required.
Age: between 20-40 years old
