Compensation Package:
1. Monthly salary: 15000-28000 RMB/month;
Two Bonus:3000-4000 RMB/year ;
3. Airfare reimbursement: 3000RMB/Year;
4. Paid holiday: Paid national public holidays and school holidays;
5. Free housing will be provided in Foshan location；
Job Descriptions:
1. Implement The Creative curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each
child.
2. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
3. Partner and communicate with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and
education for their children.
4. Support the center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals
around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
5. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, community contacts and corporate partners.
Other Job informations:
1.Starting Date: ASAP
2. Students: aged 3-6;
3. Working time: 7:45am to 5:30pm, 2.5 hour lunch break, from Monday to Friday;
4. School location: Sanshui district, Foshan，Guangdong
5. One-year contract;
Requirement：
1. A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
2. Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment
where play and learning happens.
3. Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
and manage multiple situations effectively.
4. At least 2+ year Early Childhood Education Experience.
5. Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with
children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with
children.
7. Minimum of a BA degree preferably in Early Childhood Education or Education field.
8. Native English speaker
9. Must have Preschool teacher qualification certificate or TEFL/TESOL certification(at least 120 hours)
