What we offer?
→ Full-support is given prior to and upon arrival in China, including visa sponsorship, arriving welcome at airport, assistance of setting down and first two days city tour.
→ High standard of working environment in the city area, and a friendly, family-like working atmosphere.
→ Salaries depending on the qualification and teaching experience, and the salary rise is planned.
→ CNY 1,000 Housing allowance is additionally provided.
→ An annual bonus (CNY 4,000-6,000)and a paid vacation are guaranteed after first year contract.
→ No more than 40 working hours, with no more than 25 hours in teaching. Extra pay for overtime hours .
→ 2 days off per week, normally Monday and Tuesday. Paid statutory holidays.
→ Personal accidence insurance and critical illness insurance are covered.
→ Seasonal team activities, such as BBQ, hiking, watching movies and travel.
Who are we looking for?
□ White,native-level English speakers with Bachelor degree in any subject. 2+ years teaching experience or TESOL certificate is desirable but not necessary.
□ Enthusiastic tutors taking a genuine interest in children’s development and being capable of teaching in an engaging and age-appropriate way.
□ Team players who can get along well with colleagues, and are willing to participate schools activities.
□ Committing 1 year contract, absolutely you're welcome to stay longer!
□ NO criminal record.
□ NO addicted to smoking and alcohol. (Smoking and alcohol are prohibited on campus.)
