English Teacher

Key responsibilities：
1、Take charge of English course development for 2-6 year old kids；
2、Good performance & energetic teacher for kids show preferred;
3、Be able to assist with demo-classes and marketing activities, as well as helping students renewal, etc.
4、Be able to communicate with assistant teachers about the kids and provide a first-class service for the parents;
5、 Be responsible for each kid’s learning effectiveness and improving the satisfaction of parents;
6、Improving self career cultivation and teaching level through assisting on-the-job training provided by the kindergarten and headquarters。

Request:
Nationality: North America, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
Bachelor degree above
Bachelor’s degree in Early childhood Education or has two years' teaching experience in Kindergarten, or two years teaching experience in China, previous working experience should be in Zhejiang province plus TEFL, TESOL certification or other equivalent teaching qualification
-with clean no criminal record
-Experience in teaching young children
-Candidate with experience teaching in international schools has an advantage
-Design and follow complete teaching plans
-Undertake a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
-Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
-Assess children’s performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis
-Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
-Cooperate with administration staff
-Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
