job content:
1. Curriculum research and development: combining with the early teaching theory and the latest research results, improve, design, develop and innovate the existing curriculum system framework of kindergartens. 2. Training design and organization: optimize the kindergarten training system (including new teacher training, on-the-job teacher training and advanced teacher training), formulate training plan and training scheme, complete the compilation and arrangement of relevant training contents, and organize and implement training.
3. Teaching Supervision: supervise the teaching process of teachers, review teaching plans, observe courses, organize teaching research regularly, and carry out grinding activities. Keep pace with the times, organize regular teacher training and learn excellent teaching methods.
4. Teaching management: daily supervision of education and teaching management system, formulation of annual teacher training plan and control of implementation; regular analysis and diagnosis of teaching problems

5. Activity planning: coordinate and plan homestead co education activities, and complete the preparation of various materials lists in the district corner, such as school opening ceremony, Christmas, half day parent experience
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in preschool education and education management
