English teacher for children

operating duty:
1. Combining Chinese and western curriculum system, adopting international teaching ideas and methods, to carry out curriculum design research and development;
2. To teach English courses to children aged 2-8 and organize and implement activities related to the courses;
3. Actively carry out teaching and research activities, communicate with Chinese teachers and improve their professional ability and curriculum quality;
4. Be able to discuss with the teaching group and follow up the students' all-round development in time.
Job requirements:
1. Native English teacher, pronunciation standard, Chinese basic preferred, TESOL or TEFL certificate preferred;
2. At least 1 year working experience as a preschool English teacher, overseas or international school background preferred;
3. Strong ability of English expression, lively lecture and broad knowledge;
4. Like children, have sense of responsibility, patience, positive and optimistic, pioneering thinking, good at improving teaching process through teaching reflection, and help students improve their abilities in all aspects.
