Job Description:
- A bachelor's diploma with a minimum one year post diploma work experience is required
- 1 years' teaching experience and teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL)is required
- Understanding and interest in Chinese culture
- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes, Outgoing ,and patient
- An energetic and enthusiastic disposition
-English language fluency; proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, proper use of adjectives and adverbs, neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm
About the class:
Kids age is 3 to 12 years old.
Small group with Chinese teaching assistant.（8-12 students）
40 Working hours per week
Interactive teaching material is ready, Electronic White Board is in use.
Responsibilities:
-Instructing students in the English language (KIDS)
-Utilizing creative, interactive speaking listening activities that engage students
-Classroom management
-Developing lesson plans and contributing to existing curriculum
-Attending meetings, teacher training sessions and seminars
-Teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans and adapting to students' English abilities
Employment package:
Salary range is 10000-20000 RMB. plus commission after successful demo class. and bonus
Free airport pick up and settle down.
After one year will have a round-trip ticket bonus.
