Position: Foreign Kindergarten Principal
Direct supervisor: General Manager (China)
Subordinate: Director of Foreign Teachers
Job responsibilities:
Together with the Chinese Principal, responsible for the kindergarten and primary school’s overall education of foreign languages; Kindergarten management; Market operation; Employee management; Economic benefits and other related work;
Job requirements:
1. Kindergarten management: responsible for the overall management of the kindergarten, ensuring the safe, orderly and high-efficient operation of the kindergarten;
2. Market management and admission: maintaining the brand and parental satisfaction;
3. Personnel management: managing foreign teachers to form a team with executive power, cohesion and strong ability;
4. Cost control: responsible for achieving the overall operation objectives; consolidating market value; ensuring business objectives and rational use of funds; expanding income and saving cost to create more profits.
