ESL teacher

Job Responsibilities：
1)Prepare and deliver oral English lessons and student associations, taught in English; participate our English curriculum design; 
2)Prepare and retain appropriate teaching plans and exam materials; 
3)Assesses students’ work and provides feedback; 
4)Attend staff activities in order to remain current about educational policies and special procedures; 
5)Maximum teaching hours: 30hrs per week (Including lessons and student associations) 
6)Student age: 3-6（kindergarten）; 7-12(primary school); 13-18 (middle-high school); 
7)Textbook: According to schools’ arrangements; 
8)Must be willing to become involved with the life of the school.
Compensation:
1)Monthly salary: 12K-15K RMB (before tax)
2)Free apartment or ￥1000RMB housing allowance
3)Fully paid days for public holiday for each semester 
4)Reimbursed residence permit, and obligatory medical check-up. 
5)Regular teaching training supplied by STY and your school. 
6)TESOL Certificate will be provided for free if you work for STY 2 years; if the time does not reach 2 years, you shall pay ￥3000 RMB for getting the TESOL Certificate.

9)RMB 5,000 airfare allowance paid by the completion of contract.
10)Weekends off.
Requirements: 
1) Bachelors degree or higher;
2) TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA holder;
3) Native English speakers from USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Ireland;
4) At least two years teaching experiences after graduation;
5) Age: 22-40 years old;
