English teacher

Job responsibilities:
1. Abide by the daily teaching arrangement in the library, fully prepare lessons, and complete teaching plan and teaching reflection as required;
2. Participate in teacher training and collective teaching and research activities on time, accept teaching guidance and assessment, and complete lectures, competition and evaluation according to the regulations;
3. Timely feedback students' classroom performance to parents, arrange homework according to children's status and urge family cooperation;
4. Communicate well with children and parents to help parents improve their understanding of Anne's Flower English Enlightenment concept;
5. Complete other tasks arranged by the librarian according to the company's needs and personal development direction.
Requirements:
1. Love children, understand children, love education, have patience;
2. Fluent oral English, pure accent and good language sense;
3. Have the ability to teach in English and express fluently and accurately;
4. Clear teaching objectives, be familiar with teaching process and courseware, and use teaching aids flexibly;
5. Strong sense of learning, learning ability, active work, strong ability to work under pressure;
6. Have a high sense of responsibility and strong executive ability.
