Introduction to teaching conditions:
Small class teaching (6-10 students in each class);
There are Chinese teaching assistants to assist in the relevant auxiliary teaching work;
The school provides a complete set of video and teaching plan materials;
The working environment is spacious and comfortable.
Job responsibilities of foreign teachers:
Complete the teaching task, ensure the teaching effect, work together with the TA to solve students' learning problems and improve parents' satisfaction with the school.
1. According to the requirements of the syllabus, teach English courses for children aged 3-12.
2. Work 5 days a week; work 30-35 hours a week. Including shift time.
3. Be familiar with children's teaching methods, and be good at mobilizing the curriculum atmosphere (it can be achieved after training). Have a certain ability of class control, and be able to attend and leave classes on time.
4. Communicate with the TA in time and effectively. Reply to the parents' feedback collected by the TA in time to improve the parents' satisfaction with the teaching quality of the school.
5. Cooperate with various teaching and marketing activities organized by the school, such as demo class.
6. Be able to prepare basic courses and improve teaching ability according to the teaching plan.
7. Work with a high sense of responsibility, love students, good health, and be able to adhere to normal work.
Nationality requirements:
Mother English is preferred, followed by mother English; if it is a non-native country with standard pronunciation and excellent conditions, it can also be considered.
Salary:
1. The salary is 12k-20k (it shall be determined according to the nationality, working experience and other comprehensive conditions of the foreign teacher). Overtime allowance is provided for working hours beyond the specified time.
2. Provide free independent room accommodation.
3. After one year's work, there is no major problem in performance, and there is a 5000 yuan air ticket subsidy at the end of the year. There is a bonus of 5000-10000 at the end of the year
