Language School Foreign Teachers Job Description:
1. Location: Jinan city, Shandong province, China.
2. Contract Term: one year, starts as soon as work visa issued.
3. Job Position: English Teacher.
4. Students Age: 3-12
5. Courses: English reading, writing, listening and speaking.
6. Work Days: 5
7. Work Hours:40 working hours per week,including no more than 25 teaching hours and 15 office hours per week.
Remuneration and Benefits:
1. Salary: RMB12000-18000 monthly.
3. Accommodation: free of charge independent apartment or rent allowance of RMB2000monthly.
3. Vacation: No summer vacation & winter vacation.
4. Holidays: full paid 11 days Chinese public holidays.
5. Airfare Allowance: RMB6000 upon the contract fulfillment.
6. Insurance: No insurance.
7. Work Visa: offer working permit and invitation.
8. Resident Permit: free of charge.
Responsibilities:
1. Combine the Chinese and western curriculum system, adopt the international teaching concept and method, carry out the curriculum design and development;
2. Organization and implementation of course teaching and related activities;
3. Actively carry out teaching and research activities, communicate and discuss with foreign teachers, and improve professional ability and curriculum quality;
4. Communicate with parents at home and school, discuss with the teaching group in time to follow up the overall development of students.
Requirements:
1. Native English teacher, bachelor degree or above
2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience or TEFL / TESOL Certificate;
3. Strong English expression ability, lively lecture and broad knowledge;
4. Love teachers' profession, think creatively, be good at improving teaching process through teaching reflection, and help students improve their abilities in all aspects.
