Senior English teacher (IELTS / TOEFL)

I. responsibilities:
1. Complete all stages of IELTS teaching according to the teaching plan;
2. Good professional quality, teaching experience and teaching and research ability;
3. Be able to explore and organize a variety of teaching methods, fully mobilize the interest of students, be flexible in thinking, have affinity, and be good at communicating with students;
4. Be good at innovation and have passion in class;
5. Assist to solve the teaching problems in enrollment consultation and evaluate the students' English ability;
6. Participate in the promotion and marketing activities organized by the school;
7. Be responsible for maintaining the relationship with parents and communicating with students on a regular basis.
II. Job requirements
1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above, English related major is preferred;
2. Knowledge: IELTS 7.5 / TOEFL 100 / Grade 8 excellent;
3. Experience: those with high scores in IELTS test or overseas study or life experience are preferred, and those with more than 2 years of IELTS training experience are preferred;
4. Ability: strong Chinese expression ability, Mandarin and English pronunciation standard;
5. Skills: familiar with office software operation;
6. Accomplishment: have a strong sense of humor, be lively in class, and be good at mobilizing the classroom atmosphere.
