Job Description
Better English is currently hiring for its Hexi Tianjin city campus. This position is offered directly through school, no agency involved.
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our warm team of international teachers. We will provide a Z work visa for qualified candidates. You will be guided through entire visa application process by a member of our teaching staff.
About Better English:
Our school primarily deals with students between the age of 3-16. Classes are generally 40 minutes in length and contain no more than 10 students. A Chinese teaching assistant is present in each class. Teachers are expected to create their own Powerpoint presentation, teaching plan, and homework for each lesson. A syllabus, along with lesson planning materials and teaching software is provided.
About Tianjin Hexi:
Hexi district is a window for Chinese and foreign guests to learn about Tianjin. It is located at south-western corner of urban Tianjin, one of China's four first tier city. It is bordered by Heping District in the north-west, Hedong District to the north-east and Nankai District to the west. Hexi district holds most of the important international shows, exhibitions, and conventions in Tianjin.
Renumeration: Monthly salary paid on the 15th day of each month ranging between 10,000 to 17,000 RMB (based on qualifications and experience) 100 RMB “demo bonus” for each student that signs a contract with the school after take part in one of your demo classes (teacher usually earn an extra 500-1000RMB per month from demo bonuses)
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
TEFL certificate
2 years prior work experience preferred
