Job descriptions:
Responsible for the lobby call work
Answer the phone
Responsible for reception work at the front desk (including daily business reception, special or major activities reception, consultation guidance, etc.)
Receptionist work (include business reception ,special or important events reception ,consultant guidelines )
Be responsible for assisting the Department to provide professional and highly integrated communication guidance, collection and feedback of complaints and suggestions, foreign personnel business contact, etc
Assist the manager to translate and offer professional communicate guidelines, deal with the complaint, offer effective suggestions
Complete all tasks assigned by the superior
To fulfill tasks delegated by seniors
• handle customer complaints and assist on site in case of emergency
Deal with the customer’s complaint ,emergency situation
Requirements:
1. Female, height over 170cm (if the net height is not enough, high heels can be worn)

2. European and American faces

3. Fluent in Chinese, able to conduct daily conversation
