English teacher (8k-12k)
Responsibilities:
1. English courses for 5-12-year-old students (English teaching experience for young children is preferred);
English Course for 5-12 years age students( teenagers English teaching experience preferred);
2. Do a good job in class management and educational administration;
Responsible for in-class management and educational administration.
3. The classroom should be organized, from simple to deep, with clear voice, giving students the opportunity to express;
Classroom needs to be organized orderly, from easy to difficult, clear pronunciation, and providing opportunities for students to express themselves.
4. I have my own ideas on English teaching and can accept advanced educational ideas and methods;
Have personal concepts for English teaching, ready to accept advanced educational concepts and methods;
5. Be responsible for parents and children;
To treat parents and children with a sense of responsibility;
6. Actively participate in various training, teaching and research, lectures, conferences and other activities organized by schools and departments;

8. Experience in open class and enrollment class is preferred;

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in English or English Education (English major in normal university is preferred), major in English grade 8, fluent in reading, writing and speaking, specially required to pass the phonetics test, do not vote for those with poor phonetics;
Bachelor's degree or above, English or English Education Major (normal university English major priority), English major TEM-8, fluent in reading and writing and speaking, requirements for pronunciation is especially required, please Do Not apply if you consider your pronunciation unclear and not fluent ;
2.1-3 years of English teaching experience; with English training center in the same industry is preferred;
1-3 years of English teaching experience; previous teaching experience in English training center is preferred.
3. Proficient in English teaching methods, good at body language, lively teaching, love of education, willing to devote to education for a long time;

4. Have strong professional level, organizational teaching ability and good adaptability;

7. Party members of the Communist Party of China, internship experience in provincial (city, University) Youth League Committee, experience in charge of Student Union and association are preferred;
