Requirement:
1. Give unconditional love to children, unconditionally accept all their emotions, listen to them, allow them to be angry and distressed, and give them opportunities, time and space to vent. Love children unconditionally, listen to them and respect them.
2. Whenever you see a child, you should sincerely greet him with a smile. Teachers are obliged to help establish a good campus humanistic environment. Smile to children and help them to construct a friendly environment.
3. Respect the child, do not criticize him in front of or behind his back, and patiently guide the child to develop his strengths.
With a warm and kind tone and attitude, children feel support and encouragement from time to time. Never speak ill of the child in his presence or absence.
4. In any case, teachers should not control their children in any way in behavior and psychology. They should not punish, threaten, hint or frighten their children. Never ever punish or threathen children orally or psychologically.
5. Encourage and help children to abide by the rules in the form of love and establish a civilized, orderly, equal and fair environment. Encourage children and treat them equally.
Requirements:
1. English as mother tongue, bachelor's degree or above
2. More than 1 year experience in teaching;
3. Strong English expression ability, lively lectures, broad knowledge;
4. Love the teaching profession, pioneering thinking, good at improving the teaching process through teaching reflection, help students improve their abilities in all aspects.
