【Job Highlight】
·Training and teaching standard provided for new teachers, easy lesson plan according to standardized excellent Scholastic Early English® , English Explorer ® or English Wizard® curriculum
·Foreign Teacher will have a single classroom as office equipped with computer
·Will work with a co-teacher during the class.
·Has the chance to develop diversified courses or activities, i.e, library class, culture activities, summer/winter camp, etc.

【Responsibilities】
1. Conduct Scholastic literacy courses for kids aging from 3 years old to 9 years old with a co-teacher.
2. Organize and deliver DEMO lessons for potential students.
3. Be responsible for library class section and interact with kids and parents.
4. Cooperate with marketing campaigns on festivals/special events/competitions.
5. Participate in training and on-job learning forum;

【Qualifications】
1. English idiomatic level speakers with teaching experience or teaching certificate.
2. Love to interact with kids. Has patient personality, and passionate in education.
3.Good team player and contributor. Willing to stay for at least one year in Guangzhou, China.
【Salary and benefits】
1.Basic Salary: RMB 14000-16000/month, depending on the qualification and experience. For candidates with outstanding expertise the salary is negotiable.
2.KPI Bonus: 3000/quarter, depending on the teacher’s delivery of classes.
3.House: RMB 2500/month house allowance and house hunting information is provided.
4.Demo Sign-up Student Allowance: Available upon performance
5.Contract End air ticket Bonus: RMB3000-6000 (based on whole year KPI performance and will be paid at the end of the contract)
6.Work Visa: Legal work visa application will be provided by the company on premise that the candidate has proper document
7.Leave: 5 days paid leave besides all public holidays(Spring Festival Holiday).
【Working Hours】
40 hours per week (max 25 teaching hours/week)
Weekdays: 2:00-8:45
Weekends: 8:45-6:30
(Mon and Wed off)
Flexible Class Bonus: Wednesday 17:30-19:00 extra class get paid 1500/month on top of the original salary

Class size: 6-12 students/class
Co-teacher: Yes (experienced Chinese Co-teacher)
Syllabus: All materials are provided
Training: curriculum training will be provided
