Full-time ESL Teaching Jobs

Highlights:
- Locations: Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou and Nanjing.
- Most of the kids are 3-6 years old. Some are at 7-15.
- Average class size is 8-12.
- Working Day: Wednesday to Sunday
- Working hours: at most 40
- Teaching hours: at most 25
- Holidays: Chinese holidays are off and no Christmas holidays.
- Monthly salary (including bonus and allowance): RMB 22,000 -24,000 after tax


Duties and responsibilities:
- Observe and document children’s development.
- Provide appropriate learning environments and opportunities for children based on their needs.
- Communicate with parents based on children’s developmental stages, and provide necessary and effective support to parents.


Requirements:
- Have passions for teaching and have a caring attitude towards the students learning outcome
- Bachelor degree or above
- English native speaker
- Possesses a TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certification
- One year pre-school/kindergarten and/or English teaching experience
