Job responsibilities:
Help and provide thoughtful and meticulous service to ensure that guests feel comfortable and have good memories during their stay in the Royal Inn Hotel. Positive attitude toward work, self-discipline and initiative, able to accomplish tasks independently, team spirit, and luggage work
Requirements:
1. Correct facial features and good health;
2. College degree or above, standard Mandarin, basic oral English communication skills;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills;
4. Service awareness and adaptability;
5. Good image temperament;
6. Strong English expression skills, lively lectures, broad knowledge;
7. Familiar with hotel policies, facilities and services, as well as the working level and specifications of the main desk.
