English Teachers'Responsibilities
Give classes with expressiveness. Teachers can interact with children with proper body language and standard intonation. Teachers should sing English songs, make crafts, do reading activities with children. Before class, teachers should prepare teaching and learning materials in advance, to attra CT children.
2. Teachers should write week plan down a week in advance, and submit learning goals to the director.
3. We will provide English curriculum. Teachers should have creativity and strain ability to adjust English activities based on our curriculum and improve our English curriculum.
4. Do the reception when children arrive at school or leave school.
5. Interact with children in their daily activities, such as when children are waiting for snacks and lunch, and when children are going to wash. Teachers ought to sing with children and do finger play with children.
Teachers can lead children and Chinese teachers do physical activities in English. During free play, teachers should communicate and play with children to support their play and learning.
7. Teachers should look after children during their nap time once a week because of group meetings of Chinese teachers.
8. Give some English activities on parent-child class, and interact with young children and their parents.
9. Teachers should cooperate with our company and do some publicity activities.
