Culture Specialist

Description:
The CSA culture specialist works as a Culture Ambassador representing USA or English consumers, providing consumer insight and preference on our newly designed CSA products, including cloth, shoes and accessories. She will work with our design team to improve the products design from consumer stand Point. Thirdly, she will review our CSA product description content and revise the content to fit for American/British consumer reading habits. Occasionally, the CSA culture specialist should present her fashion trend or design concept or plans with senior management.
Report to: CSA Operation Manager - CSA Business Unit.
Competence and Qualification Required:
1. Native English, born and growth in North America or England.
2. Interest in fashion/cloth industry and able to describe the'fashion products'and dressing experience from consumer standpoint.
3. Working experience is not a must.
4. Part-time is acceptable (minimum 2 days/week works in the office).
Key Work/Responsibilities:
Providing consumer insight and comments on our newly designed CSA products, including cloth, shoes and accessories. The comments include design, material, size, color, and etc.
2. Work with our design team to improve the products design base on local consumer insight.
3. Review our CSA product description content and revise the content to fit for American/British consumer reading habits.
4. Occasionally, the CSA culture specialist should present her fashion trend or design concept or plans with senior management.
Performance Expectations:
1. Effectively and efficiently provide feedback from local consumer standpoint on company fashion product.
2. Work effectively with multi-functional teams, internal/external functional organizations.
3. Provide recommendations to the operation team on product description based on local consumer daily reading habit.
4. Have strong communication skills in English.
5. Have good collaboration attitude
6. Integrity
