Native English Teachers in Xi'an

Duties:
- Teach lessons with up to 12 students
- Plan and prepare lessons according to the provided syllabus (All the lessons are pretty much already well-planned)
- Conduct monthly tests to gauge students'progress
- Coordinate with teaching assistant to offer parents regular updates on how their children are doing in class
- Engage with students in the school outside of class time
- Coordinate with management to achieve the educational goals of the school
- Conduct occasional marketing activities
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan marketing activities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or related 2 years post-graduate certificate
- At least 1 Year experience (with letter of recommendation)
- A genuine desire to live abroad
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Citizens of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa (China's visa regulations)
- Clean criminal background check
