Job Description
Job Responsibilities (1) Responsible for daily lesson preparation and pre-class courseware preparation, and regularly hold open classes for parents to show the teaching effect.
(2) According to the teaching arrangement and courseware, the teaching task of English course for children aged 3-15 is completed with the assistant teachers.
(3) Cooperate with other activities such as training, teaching and research, market arranged by supervisors.
(4) Assist the head teacher to do a good job in parent's teaching communication, etc.
Skills and Qualities (1) Fluent oral English and pronunciation standard
(2) Active and open, with affinity
(3) Strong willingness and ability to communicate
(4) Have a good knowledge of children's psychology, be good at mobilizing children's enthusiasm for learning, and be good at attracting children's attention.
(5) Proficiency in computer and office software
Minimum Education Background Requirements for Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or above
