Foreign English Teachers in Public Schools of Mentougou District, Beijing

1. Five working days a week, except winter and summer holidays and national statutory holidays
2. Less than 20 hours per week
3. Working hours within 40 hours
4. Students aged 6 to 15
5. About 30 students in each class
6. Each class lasts about 30 to 45 minutes.
7. A contract of ten months per year, including a winter or summer vacation. For example, from March 1, 2019 to January 1, 2020, or from September 1, 2019 to July 1, 2020 (about two months), the full salary of winter or summer vacation included in the contract period
8. Provide two-bedroom accommodation, separate bedrooms and shared public areas. If you are not satisfied with your accommodation, you will be offered a monthly rental subsidy of 2,000 yuan.
9. The company provides commercial insurance for employees, including life insurance, medical insurance, hospitalization insurance and accident insurance.
10. If the two parties fulfill their respective obligations and responsibilities well, they will receive 6,000 yuan airfare subsidy after the expiration of the contract. If the two parties wish to continue their working relationship, they will provide 5,000-10,000 yuan renewal award after the end of the one-year contract.
