Native-Speaking ESL Teachers Needed For Local Secondary Schools

OB Description
We are searching native English teachers for local public secondary school in Shanghai, prefer someone who really has passion for education, both male and female are considered. You will need to prepare lesson plans, deliver English or subject classes in different ways such as project based learning and design thinking, teach not just language b Ut also culture and way of thinking to motivate the students to inquire. You will have some freedom to design or create your lesson plan.
Monday to Friday schedule, no weekend work
Develop and implement highly engaged lessons based on extensive content knowledge and understanding of students
Maximum 20 teaching hours per week
Work as a member of a school teacher in Chinese daily school
Requirements:
Native English speaker required.
Bachelor or above degree in teaching area is required. TEFL, TESOL certificate at least 120 hours training also required.
Minimum 2 years teaching experience in given teaching area. For non-experience candidates with background in Education or related subject will be considered.
Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and commitment to the teaching profession.
Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
Be flexible, reliable and responsive to the needs of the organization.
Willing to commit to least a full academic year. (12 months)
Conditions of employment/Compensation:
At least 1 year contract.
2 month paid leave.
The monthly salary starts at 16 000 RMB per month.
Accommodation allowances 3,000 RMB.
