- Pre-made lesson plans and main focus on conversational English
- Class size: most common class size is private (1-4 students), also have big class like salon (1-10), social club (10-30)
- Students'age: Adults (age 18 up) plus young teens (age 6-12)
- Working schedule: 5 days per week (25 teaching hours in)
Maximum plus 15 office hours, 2 consecutive days off per week
