Public Relations Director (Los Angeles)

Responsibilities
Build out Public Relations Resources, create standards and plans, hire and develop talent
Develop global communication strategy, ensure portfolio brands and parent company AUKEY
Technology achieve effective media coverage and visibility in all relevant channels including
Digital, print, social, broadcast and word of mouth
Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive market place globally and positively
Position AUKEY and its brands to consumers, businesses, industry and trade media worldwide
Oversee the writing and editing of press releases to support product launches etc.
Partner with HQ and social teams to synchronize launch efforts, timing of social campaigns,
Key influencer seeding and coordination
Lead media outreach, reviews programs, and strategic development to support the corporate
Brand, product messaging, and product positioning directives
Drive ROI measurement and analysis of AUKEY press coverage and share-of-voice
Improve brand reputation and eliminate PR incidents
Stay ahead of relevant industries and media trends
Requirements
Love technology, excited about the future
8 years'related industry experience, 2 years' management experience
Excellent, charming, persuasive writing and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to coordinate media and events, agency experience is a plus
Existing media relationships in consumer product space and technology industry preferred
Deep understanding of media and modern influencer landscape
Comfortable with tight deadlines and ability to handle changing requirements as well as
Multiple overlapping projects
Chinese language ability strong preferred
