Quality Control Officer (Mauritania)

Job responsibilities:
1. Analyse and grasp the quality dynamics, and report the health quality situation regularly and truthfully to the top managers.
2. Organize and arrange the inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, formulate quality standards and inspection norms, monitor and control the health quality, and supervise, inspect, train and record the health quality of personnel, fishing boats and workshops to ensure that the health quality meets the requirements;
3. Organize and guide, be responsible for the control and implementation of corrective and preventive measures, assist the Ministry of Import and Export in explaining customer's consultation or quality complaints, and provide solutions and preventive improvement measures;
4. Cooperate with departments to effectively implement and validate HACCP plan, and put forward evaluation opinions on modifying and isolating products.
5. Be responsible for identifying, evaluating and handling non-conforming products, coordinating and handling quality problems in production and sales;
6. Responsible for coordinating the supervision and management work of relevant regulatory departments.
Requirements:
Over 1 or 2 years working experience in the same position and familiar with quality management system
