Job Description
Teaching some classes according to the center needs and arrangement of different levels;
1 Training: Facilitates the professional development of teachers and coaches through training, observation and evaluation
2 Observations: ATC should observe teachers regularly. These observations should be formal and there is a need to communicate the results to HR and central manager, as well as the teacher themselves.
3 Training: During every Teacher Meeting, Head Teachers must chair mini-training sessions where a class quality issue is discussed; session guides for these training sessions will be provided by the Academic Department
4 Professionalism: Follows rules and regulations of organization and adheres to professional codes of conduct
5 General Responsibilities: Be prepared for all classes and assessments, provide a model example for all teachers Keep in contact with the Academic Training Coordinator and Academic Manager about changes and updates
6 Assist with communication in the center, create a cohesive working culture for all
7 Encourage a positive and productive atmosphere that will motivate all staff members 8Keep a healthy relationship with your Center Manager so that you work as a unified management team
9 Be available on email and WeChat to answer questions from other teachers and Head Teachers
