Description of Function Job Description
The Service Engineer is responsible for all activities related to service works like installations, commissioning and After Sales Service.

Duties and Responsibilities Main Responsibilities
1. Technical support and training for clients.
Provide technical support and training to customers.
2. Technical service works like installation, commissioning and After Sales Service.
Technical services, such as installation, commissioning and after-sales service.
3. Give recommendations for necessary Spare Parts during visits.
Advice on necessary spare parts was provided during the visit.
4. Feedback of quality problems or customer requests.

5. Enhance customer satisfaction through customer visit, prompt technical support, etc.

(a) Educational qualifications:
Bachelor or degree above in mechanic, Electrical integration or other related major
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical integration, etc.
B) Experience experience:
At least 3 years related working experience in foreign manufactory company.
At least 3 years working experience in machinery manufacturing enterprises of foreign enterprises
C) Travel Frequency frequency: > 50%

D) Competency and Skills capabilities and skills:
Good in English understanding, writing and speaking
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
Good command of office software word, Excel
Flexible use of Microsoft Office software
Willing to travel if necessary
