Amazon operations specialist (French, German and Japanese)

1. Responsible for the marketing work in Amazon site, including deal, promotion and stocking.
2. Responsible for developing product shelves, maintaining and optimizing listing pages to ensure account safety;
3, provide customers with professional consultation, understand and explore customer needs, guide the smooth purchase of guests;
4, responsible for Amazon platform after-sales service, to maintain the store's good reputation and good credit;
5. Processing customer mail and inquiries, providing pre-sale, after-sale customer service, improving the quality and quantity of Review;
6. Follow up the order information in time, deal with product and backstage bad reviews, customer complaints, and properly handle customer returns and exchanges;
7, have their own unique views on the optimization of keywords, familiar with the Amazon platform policy;
8. Collect competitor's product evaluation information and make suggestions for product development.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with basic oral English.
2. Welcome outstanding graduates, more than a year of Amazon sales experience, familiar with Amazon sales platform and process, platform rules and promotion tools, can operate Amazon account independently is preferred;
