Position Specification:
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 working hours per week, including Max 30 class periods at 40 minutes per class period);
2. Salary Range: RMB 15,000-25,000/month (negotiable)
3. Starting date: September 2nd
Job Description:
1. Teach English to students, aged 12-18 years, 20-30 students per class
2. Formulate and carry out the course syllabus and lesson plan;
3. Give students assignments, and grade them in time with proper feedback to help the students improve their academic performance;
4. Perform office hours apart from teaching hours;
5. Participate in teaching staff projects and students events;
6. Supervise study group, after-school activities and student clubs activities, such as sports clubs, drama club, art club or music group;
Job Requirements:
1. Native English speakers only;
2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in education, arts or other related majors;
4. A minimum of 1 years high school subject teaching experience;
5. High level of commitment and enthusiasm for teaching and academic studies;
6. In-depth command of teaching techniques and problem-solving skills.
