Job Description
1. Independent operation of Amazon/Ebay e-commerce platform product release, marketing and order management; set up site advertising and implementation, responsible for site drainage, achieve sales goals;
2. Responsible for Amazon/ebay account operation, including optimizing pictures, titles, keywords, upload products, timely update product information and various platform promotion management;
3. responsible for Amazon/ebay Market Research and analysis, formulate sales strategy;
4. Responsible for the after-sales service of Amazon/ebay e-commerce network, maintain the good evaluation rate and good credit of the store; timely follow-up order information, handle customer complaints, and properly handle customer returns and exchanges;
5. Reacting FBA inventory demand with purchasing department in time, coordinating delivery period according to market quotation and project product sales, adjusting inventory and order demand.
