Job Description
Participate trainings hold by academic department, to be familiar with all aspects of the LAN curriculum, the lesson flows, and the quiz schedules.
2. Be punctual to work at all times, start classes on time, and on

4. Issue, explain and mark all tasks and assignments, including in-class and post-class assignments, to students and parents of younger students
5. Substitute for absent colleagues-this may be at short notice and off-site, assist in the library during busy times, especially if you have an empty slot on a weekend
6. Work with the Head Teacher and other staffs in the center to keep informed about schedule changes, students who will be away, and students with trial classes, as well as create strategies for special case students.
7. If you work schedule allows and you have an interest, there is an opportunity to assist with the development of our curriculum, winter and summer classes materials, and also to assist with marketing events.
8. Enforce a "culture of English" and other e LAN expectations through classroom classroom
