Construction site management

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the quality, progress and cost management of the company's fine decoration works.
2, coordinate and supervise the site work of decoration works, and find out the problems existing in the work in time.
3. To examine the construction organization design of decoration project according to the general construction schedule approved by the company, to be responsible for compiling the construction schedule of decoration project on site, and to ensure the completion of the decoration project schedule.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in engineering.
2, 3 years or more experience in decoration project management, with strong on-site progress, quality control ability and coordination ability of various professional construction;
Have the skills
1. Hardworking, careful and rigorous, pragmatic, good at communication and strong sense of responsibility.
2. Good organization and coordination, process control, independent handling of affairs and emergency control ability, team spirit, can withstand certain work pressure;
3. Have the foundation of CAD software operation.
