Job Description
1, responsible for checking customer order information (unit price and MOQ), and timely feedback customer orders;
2. Timely response to customer quotations and delivery changes in demand, in collaboration with the project quotation department, on the day of receipt of the quotation to the customer feedback our quotation; at the same time confirm our order status, ensure smooth communication with customers; enhance customer satisfaction; avoid customer complaints due to delays in time;
3, update the customer's shipping amount every day, confirm the sales target in time.
4. Cooperate with quality department and material department to arrange shipment according to the date of customer order.
5. Confirm the amount of receivables in that month, and follow up the payment status according to the date of payment, and sort out the reasons for the abnormal payment as soon as possible.
6. Assist Quality Dept. to deal with customer complaints, confirm the way to deal with customer returns in time, and confirm the replenishment time to customers in time.
7, lead the team to clean up the office environment, learn and understand the monthly assessment of the company, ensure zero error.
Job requirements:
1. bachelor degree or above, CET6 or English eight;
2. proficient in English, fluent in reading and writing, and good at machining English is preferred.
