Creating a warm and welcoming arrival when guest approach Lobby, Greet customers and seat guests accordingly.
When guests go to the restaurant to provide warm and thoughtful reception, as required to welcome guests and guide guests to sit.
Stay stay
Ensuring a memorable meal time by giving caring and courteous service, providing information, responding to problems, and dealing with guests in a friendly and ever-hospitable manner.
Provide warm and thoughtful service, answer questions and provide information for guests during their stay at dinner.
Departure end of meal
Collect guest comments and guest information after their meal for returned for
Customer reviews and customer information are collected at the end of the meal to win customers' consumption again.
Standard standard
Ensuring consistency of standards throughout the operation by adhering to Marco to
Follow Marco Polo brand standards.
Other duties of Other Duties
Exercise responsible hostess behavior at all times and positively represents the hotel team and Marco Polo International.
Act as a responsible guest at any time and represent the hotel management team and Marco Polo International in a positive way.
Understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Colleague Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Understand and strictly abide by the rules and regulations in the Employee's Manual and hotel policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Grooming. Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Ensure high standard of personal appearance and appearance.
Function Respond to changes in the RB& E function as dictated by by, RB&
Respond to changes in the catering department's functional requirements according to industry, company and hotel.
Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
Attend training courses and meetings when necessary.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
