Operating duty:
1. According to the teaching objectives and plans set by Tom's House for 4-15 year-olds at all stages, the established teaching tasks are completed with high quality and quantity: preparing lessons, practicing lessons, giving lectures, attending classes and correcting related homework, recording and related teaching and research tasks;
2. Responsible for the corresponding student work and home-school communication work, telephone calls back, Wechat interaction, make-up work, etc., to consolidate and enhance the learning effect of students;
3. undertake curriculum guidance, curriculum consultation, answering questions and so on.
4. maintenance and management of teaching equipment;
5. Assist the marketing manager and the course consultant to complete the marketing propaganda and the enrollment work, carries on the brand image transmission.
Job requirements:
1. Education Requirements: English Education, Teachers'College, English Major Graduation, Education Major, CET-4 or above;
2. English pronunciation and intonation are beautiful and standard Mandarin.
