Responsibilities: (familiar with public uniform)
1, responsible for communicating the specific needs of customers, and completing the contract signed with the business.
2. Responsible for company project plan conception and proposal work.
3. Responsible for the detailed design of the project plan.
4. Responsible for completing the design work on time and quality according to the progress of the design contract.
5. Be responsible for supervising and auditing drafting specifications of drafters, supervising and arranging the progress of drafting and checking the accuracy of drawings.
6. Responsible for budget estimate, budget and final accounts of construction projects.
7. Responsible for supervising the drawing work.
8. Responsible for drawing management of construction management personnel.
9. Responsible for design material validation work.
10. Responsible for the supervision of the construction project process, assign and change jobs.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in interior design or art design.
2. More than three years of experience in catering, chain, hotel, club, office, etc.
3, has its own unique design style, unique design awareness and vision.
4. Proficient in CAD, hand painted background is preferred.
5. Driver's license is preferred.
6. Good at communication and expression, good coordination and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility.
