STEM TEACHER

The compensation package is for:
* Base salary of 16500 RMB per month
* 40 working hours per week; two consecutive rest days (Sat& Sun)
* Flexible work hours, adjusted to schools'schedule
* Housing allowance of 3000 RMB per month
* Flight reimbursement for one round-trip to home location annually
* Private Health Insurance
* Company bonus policy covering business trips, recruitment, signing up students and schools, and others
* 10 days of paid leave plus all Chinese National Holidays (11d)
The job duties are:
* Develop STEM lessons based on practical activities and essential knowledge points within Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
* Teach STEM lessons at several Shanghai schools
* Develop and design new products including books, material packages, videos, worksheets, videos
* Develop and participate in new special projects including summer and winter camps (traveling included)
Relevant background:
* Bachelor's degree in the STEM field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or or);
* Teaching experience (> 1 year).

* Efficiency in using technology to create teaching materials.g.Office software, video editing, Internet research;
* Excellent public speaking skills;
* Good natural rapport with students;
* Independent work ability and capacity to work on all stages of creating a lesson from the ground up;
* Native-level use of English.
